Stella is finally "sleeping" through the night. She gets up once at around 3-4a for about 10 mins takes a little snack and heads blissfully back to sleep. I really wish she would take a pacifier though it would make it so much easier. She has also really gotten good at soothing herself back to sleep which has been a tremendous help to us as before she would just cry until we got her.
I'm in the process of weaning her since I need to get on some cholesterol meds (thanks genetics!) which I think has been a harder adjustment on me then on her. I'm down to only the middle of the night snack which means pretty soon she will be completely dependent upon the bottle. She is going to be 8 months next week so I'm thinking it is time anyways. We have started her on a sippy cup and she is now having two "solid" meals per day in addition to a bunch of formula. I can't believe how fast she is growing and how the time is just flying by I feel the time has gone even faster with her then it did with Luke.
Thankfully with all the growing up she is doing she is really starting to interact with Luke. The two of them are such good friends right now. They love to play together on the floor and Luke does his best to include her as much as possible though we really need to be careful he doesn't feed her anything. He is really on this kick of sharing his food!!!!
