Tomorrow Stella goes in for her 6th month check up. I can't believe she is already that old. Where has the time gone? She still hasn't rolled over but she is getting so close. I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that she was 3.5 weeks early so I'm trying not to stress about it too much. She is turning into quite the little laugher. She has a cute smile and coo about her when she finds something amusing which is pretty much most of the time. Luke and I apparently are endless punch lines. She loves to watch Curtis walk through the room and you can already tell she has her Daddy's number.
I put her in the exersaucer tonight and she has grown so much in the last two weeks I can't believe it. She doesn't really need anything to prop her up anymore. She was playing with the toys and giggling.
I'm still adjusting to life back at work. It is starting to get a bit tougher to do this whole mommy/work/life thing. There is always so much to do and so little time to oneself, family, husband, friends and work. We are trying to schedule our nights & weekends but there is just a lot always going on. We went from have nice easy going days while I was on maternity leave to a whirlwind of to-do's. And yes we are having fun but there are definitely times where it seems life is getting away and I'm not able to stop and take a moment and look at my family. Well except when the kids are asleep am i able really to look at them but at that point I'm so crossed-eyed from exhaustion I might as well be asleep already.
Who know that Curtis and I would think going to bed at 9:30p was late....
